Client 1

Self-employed aging couple (60’s) referred to Business Gateway Finance (BGF) seeking help to refinance & consolidate home loans (3), business loans (2) and credit cards (20), into a medium term Residential Secured Home Loan $680k.

This family business over the last 25 years has been a customer of the 4 x major banks whom have provided NO interest or advice to them, other than threatening to ‘FIRE –SALE’ their home in a major regional city.

BGF worked with them on a strategy and loan structure for 3 months to find a suitable and reputable home lender which approved a consolidation home loan over 15 yrs (Interest Only - 1st year) to enable them sufficient time to professionally secure a sale of the family home.

BGF also located a qualified reputable Debt-Mediator firm to negotiate +50% major reductions of our couples debt levels down, before refinancing the home loan.

Middle aged male (40’s) in isolated far west NSW needed to refinance family Home & Farm to payout his Ex-Wife share under Family Law Court order. CBA & NAB major banks in town told this man ‘not interested’.

Business Gateway Finance (BGF) was contacted to search Australian Finance Institutions to obtain funding. After 5 weeks BGF found a rural funder in Brisbane, which connected direct to our middle-aged farmer in his isolated far western town between Dubbo & Broken Hill. Lender provide him suitable long term Rural Funding $500k.

The matter settled March 2018, with no Broker Commission received from the lender.
